BRASITECH in alliance with Bagtech International use a combination of a Programmable Logic Controller and Pneumatic equipment together with Wonderware InTouch graphic visualization software (SCADA).

The SCADA system software has the ability to connect to multiple bagging machines and other processes simultaneously and offers “real time” graphic representations of plant processes and production figures. It also enables us to change settings remotely in order to optimize the operation of the equipment.

Using a “Remote Desktop” application, the SCADA software is accessible from anywhere by logging onto a secure network via the internet.


All the settings necessary to operate the bagging machinery are shown on the page below. These settings can be changed locally or remotely via the internet.

Please also note that we have recipes for every product therefore, when changing the bagging machine production to a different product all which is required is to type the new recipe number. This feature speeds up the process during this change. Up to 1000 recipes can be stored on this system.

Once the target weight and coarse feed weights are set for a product, the machine has a self   learning feature (auto correction) which will ensure that the target weight is reached.

The bag counter is also show on this page which can be reset to zero once the machine finishes bagging the batch.

Due to the built up of dust and product in the weighing system, the machine can also be set to auto zero automatically after a certain amount of bags. in order to ensure accurate weights.
